Part M

One lift, many landlords

Quiet, durable, and reliable lifts built for modern residential living.

A stopped lift in an apartment building is not an inconvenience —
for a resident on the eighth floor with a pushchair or a mobility aid,
it is a lockout. That is why residential contracts are written around
response time first.

We work with managing agents, freeholders and residents’ management companies, and we are used to the reporting they
need for service-charge accounts and Section 20 consultations.

Lifts that suit residential

From a single home to a forty-flat block.

Capacity matters less here than reliability and how the lift behaves at three in the morning.

8–13 person typical
Passenger lifts

The standard block lift. Quiet operation matters as much as speed when the shaft runs past bedrooms, and modern drives are markedly better on both.

2 floors · 250 kg
Home lifts

Through-floor lifts for private homes, fitted without a shaft or pit so the room below stays usable when the lift is parked.

To 500 kg
Platform lifts

Short-rise access into entrances and communal areas where a full passenger lift will not fit or is not justified.

01 / For managing agents

Paperwork that survives a leaseholder challenge.

Every visit produces a dated report naming what was done and what was found. It is written to be readable by a leaseholder, not only by an engineer.

For larger works we provide the specification and cost breakdown in the form a Section 20 notice needs.

02 / For residents

Someone answers at 2am.

Entrapment calls go straight to the on-call engineer for the area, not to a triage line. Target attendance is one hour.

If a lift is going to be out for longer than a day, we say so at the start rather than at the end.

It usually tells the story.

We will read it, tell you what is actually failing, and quote for fixing the cause rather than the symptom.
